At Queen’s Healing House, we take pride in providing high-quality, carefully prepared wellness products. Due to the nature of our products (seamoss gels and herbal teas), all sales are considered final. However, we are committed to resolving any issues related to damaged or defective items.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, compromised, or defective during shipping, we will gladly review your request for a replacement or refund.

To qualify, you must:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order
  • Email us at info@queenshealinghouse.org with:
    • Your order number
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Video evidence and/or photos showing the damaged product and packaging

This documentation is required to properly assess and process your claim.

Review & Resolution Process

Once your request is received and reviewed, we will determine eligibility for:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund issued to your original payment method

Please allow 3–5 business days for review and response.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Perishable goods (including seamoss gel and teas)
  • Products that were not damaged upon arrival

Shipping Issues

Queen’s Healing House is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Orders left unattended after confirmed delivery
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
