Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods (new drops, promotions, or restocks), processing may take up to 7 business days.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delayed or Lost Packages

Queen’s Healing House is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • Then email us for further assistance

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • The customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
